Customer Database instructions

 

1 -Type in your browser www.angelsinstrumentation.com

 

 

 

2 – Click on the current customers click here log in.

 

 

3 – Enter your customer name and password.  If you don’t have a customer name and password call (757) 558-2500 for one.

 

 

4 – Select way to view your equipment. (full listing or just 30+)

 

5 – If desired, select a sorting method/filtering method.

 

6 – Select the button of the id number you wish to view in more detail.

 

Note:

If there is no calibration date listed, then Angels has removed the calibration date from the item as per your request or Angels has never calibrated that item for you.  Inactive equipment is listed in the far right column and usually do not have calibration dates.

 

Note:

Calibration statuses are as follows:

Active or Blank – item is at your location

ACAL – item is at Angels awating calibration

Complete – item is at Angels, complete or in transit to your location

Inactive – item is at your location; is no longer is service or requires calibration by Angels

Repair – waiting repair action or parts (AT Angels)

Cust – Awaiting Customer action. Contact Angels ASAP, cannot continue through our process without customer approval or contact.

 

7- Select the calibration certificate you wish to view.  The certificate will be in PDF format.

 

8 – This displays you calibration certificate.  If you require printing simply use adobe’s print command.  To save paper, simply view what you require off of the certificate.  If required paper copies can be mailed by customer request at an additional charge.
